Welcome to Flannery's Tavern! Serving the people of Chesterton as one of the oldest drink emporoiums since 1910. The building at 125 S. Calumet originally housed the town's first movie theatre, The Lyric Theatre from 1908 to 1909. It was then purchased by P.J. Flannery and his brother who then opened Flannery's Tavern in 1910 and the tavern is still here. Come visit our little side of history.
